Ban for no reason (I'd think so?)

I got banned today by admin: Villan (i think so) I had just killed 3 people with tomahawks, and the last one was left, but before i did that, i got banned...

Im pretty sure that throwing tomahawk and picking it up again and so on, is allowed?
And, he constantly keeps whining to me about noscope. Im a counter strike player and i dont kinda now the "player-generated rules" yet, im still aware that no-one likes when someone noscopes all the time, or "sprays" with noscope.
I haven't sprayed with noscope at any point, and i have either camped. I have read the rules of the server and i didn't see a part where they said that noscoping is not allowed. Like i said, i only noscoped sometimes, not sprayed, no way!

In Counter Strike it's really normal to noscope, its just hunting for a nice frag.

Im really sorry if i have offended any admin in any way, but i think that i've been quite polite.

Your server is one of the best servers (or actually the best) i've ever played at black ops,
so i'd really like getting un-banned.

If you're not willing to, its ok. Im not gonna go mad, im 22 years old and im quite nice person

k1tty i do belive the other day i temp ban'd you for the exact same reasons so, i think it shouldnt be removed either....

villan should post here in the next 24 hours. he should be active and then i give him 24 hours to respond from now.

I'm pretty sure i didn't broke any rule. But i admit, that i were annoying to you at the part where you said to me "k1tty, one more noscope... Last warning" And couple seconds after that, i said "Watch this" and then a guy ran towards me from behind a corner and he was 1cm from me, so i noscoped. That is NOT wrong!
If you banned me only because i noscoped sometimes, i will not accept that reason as a good reason to ban!
